Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
- Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging intact.
- Non-returnable Items: Opened items, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Process

- Visit our Returns Center.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Follow the instructions to select items for return.

Prepare Your Return:
- Pack the items securely in a shipping box.
- Include all original packaging materials.

Shipping Your Return:
- A return shipping label will be provided.
- Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier.
Refunds
- Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned items.
- Amount: The refund amount will be the purchase price minus any discounts and return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
