How to Request Replacement Parts

  2. Contact Us:
    • Email our customer service at customerservice@wooden-edu.com with your request, including the part number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Prepare Information:
    • Provide your order number, photos of the damaged part, and any other relevant details.
  4. Processing:
    • Our team will process your request and provide information on availability and delivery times.

Replacement Fees

  • Under Warranty:
    • If your product is still under warranty, replacement parts are free of charge.
  • Out of Warranty:
    • A nominal fee may apply for replacement parts if the product is out of warranty. Shipping charges may also apply.
